Laurel Road Chalfont St Peter

This project was a very tired corner 3 bedroom detached house with a small single storey extension at the rear. The work involved demolition of extension and new part two storey, part first floor rear extension and part two storey, part single storey side extension. The existing right hand flank wall and rear wall were removed from from ground level to roof height and new steels were installed to support existing and new floors and the roof structure. aditional steels were installed to support new walls in total 12 steels
